Causeway CARes’ mission is to make a direct and profound impact in and around Ocean County in the areas of education, food security and quality of life. Founded in 2004 and funded by the Wintrode Family Foundation, Inc., Causeway CARes strives to make the community a better place to live, grow and thrive.
The demand for home repairs has surpassed the capacity of any single organization. Causeway CARes is proud to facilitate Project Home Repair, a coalition of non-profit and community-based organizations dedicated to creating safe spaces for populations with disabilities and aging concerns in Ocean County.

Together at the Table: Local Leaders Unite to Address Food Insecurity in Southern Ocean County. For more than four decades, Fulfill has served as the Food Bank of Monmouth and Ocean Counties, working to alleviate hunger while helping families achieve long term food security. Through a network of food pantries, soup kitchens, schools, community organizations, and dedicated volunteers, Fulfill provides millions of pounds of food each year while connecting neighbors with programs that address the root causes of hunger.
